This is a brochure-style website, designed to showcase your company to those specifically searching for you or your contact information. It is not designed with a search engine optimisation (SEO) focus. If SEO is a priority for your business, please note that this would require a separate project, with additional costs and a broader scope of work.

1. Payment Terms

We offer two payment options for your convenience:

  • Upfront Payment: A discount is available for paying the total amount in one instalment.
  • Three-Part Payment Plan: Spread the cost over three payments.

Once the website is live, a monthly retainer fee will begin the following day.

2. Monthly Hosting

Your monthly hosting fee includes essential services to keep your website performing at its best including:

  • Hosting on ultra-fast, UK-based Virtual Private Servers (VPS)
  • Up to 5GB of storage space (with flexibility to accommodate more if needed)
  • Unlimited bandwidth
  • Free SSL certificates
  • Automatic daily backups, retained for 30 days
  • Weekly security checks
  • Weekly WordPress maintenance updates
  • Advanced firewall protection
  • Proactive server security updates

3. Website Ownership

You will be the copyright holder of the website upon completion, meaning you own all content and materials developed as part of this project. If you wish to discontinue our services in the future, a three-month notice period is required.

4. Design Options

We offer a variety of design layouts to suit your business needs and brand identity. You will be required to select the option that best aligns with your vision at the start of the project. Please note that the design structure will remain as presented, with your branding (logo, colour scheme) applied. Specific fonts can be added, but only if they are free—any font choices will need confirmation with the Projects team before finalisation.

5. Imagery

We will discuss whether your website will feature your own imagery or stock imagery. If you choose to use your own images, please ensure they are high-resolution and of professional quality. Alternatively, we can source high-quality stock imagery for your website. Please confirm your preference on the sales call so we can plan accordingly. If your imagery is not supplied within 7 days of the project kick-start meeting, we will proceed using stock imagery throughout your website build.

6. Technical Assets

We will need you to provide all necessary technical assets, such as domain login details, at the time of project confirmation. Please note that we do not manage email hosting services, but if this is required, we can refer you to a trusted service provider.

7. Content

Following project confirmation, we will send you a link to a client questionnaire via SharePoint. It is critical that this questionnaire is completed at least 24 hours before the kick-start meeting. The information provided will help us guide the content creation and ensure alignment with your project goals. We will create and apply content based on your questionnaire responses and the agreed design template.

8. Website build and review

Your website will be built using WordPress and designed to be fully responsive, ensuring it functions seamlessly across all devices. Once the website is ready, we will share it with you on a development site for review. You will have one round of amendments, which can be submitted via email or through a review call.

You will have 10 working days to confirm any changes. If no response is received within this timeframe, the website will automatically be set live. Any changes requested after this 10-day period will be chargeable.
