What’s your job in a nutshell?
I am responsible for the success of our clients’ experience at Make Me Local through the account management and content team. I ensure they have all the relevant information and support they need to run successful businesses. We act as a business partner to all our clients.
Tell me some of the most important things about your job role. What do you need to be good at?
A customer centric mindset is essential. I have to be organised, responsive, and passionate about putting clients at the forefront of everything.
Give me two or three pieces of wisdom about your role. What is particularly important?
- It’s ok to challenge a client’s point of view if the advice you are giving is in their best interest.
- Never lie to clients, always tell the truth as much as possible. Be authentic.

How did you get into your industry? What interests you about it?
I’m new to the industry, but something I love is that it’s a massive area. It is only going to get bigger as we lean more on technology to drive success within smaller businesses.
