What’s your job in a nutshell?

As an Account Manager, I act as the main point of contact for my clients and work with them to understand their business needs and help them grow their business. 

Tell me some of the most important things about your job role. What do you need to be good at?

Being able to understand a client’s business goals, interpret data and be good at building relationships and trust with clients.  

Give me two or three pieces of wisdom about your role. What is particularly important?

Get to know your clients and their business in-depth and be able to connect with them to forge a relationship and trust.

Which Make Me Local value is most applicable to your role?

Always be accountable – we act as the main point of contact for clients, so it’s vital that we are responsive and deliver an excellent level of service to them. 

How did you get into your industry? What interests you about it?

After graduating from university, I went straight into client-facing roles, initially within financial services in a client support role, moving then onto sales and account management. I love building relationships with clients and get absolute satisfaction from making a difference in their business.

Determined, caring, and clumsy.

  • Oh, this is interesting… I’m an adrenaline junkie and have done a freefall parachute jump, wing walk, and flying a plane.
