What’s your job in a nutshell?

I am the Head of Sales for Make Me Local, fostering valuable client connections and identifying essential improvement for their digital channels. Tony will work closely with you during the initial part of the process, helping you to understand the impact Make Me Local could have on your business.

Tell me some of the most important things about your job role. What do you need to be good at?

It’s essential to be comfortable and confident meeting new people and discovering fresh leads that can transform their businesses.

Give me two or three pieces of wisdom about your role. What is particularly important?

  • Add value to every client meeting.
  • Be transparent on what we can and cannot do.
  • Treat every client the same way I wish to be treated.

How did you get into your industry? What interests you about it?

So I started back in 1991 at Yellow Pages, helping SMEs generate business. My passion has always been in helping businesses and building client relationships, so that’s how I ended up with Make Me Local!
