What’s your job in a nutshell?

Assisting the Account Management team in providing our clients with the service they expect. This includes analysing website traffic data, compiling reports and ensuring any changes that our clients request are made.

Tell me some of the most important things about your job role. What do you need to be good at?

As with any client facing role, it’s crucial to be able to foster relationships with people to allow all communication to be clear and effective. An understanding of data is also important to be able to interpret analytics on behalf of our clients.

Give me two or three pieces of wisdom about your role. What is particularly important?

Two essential points I always remember while working on any project:

  1. Be able to adapt as well as understand different perspectives – We work with clients from a diverse range of industries so it’s important to understand their specific needs and how they differ from others.
  2. Always be clear and concise – Many team members at MML work together to ensure any one client is satisfied with our service so it’s important to make sure all communication is clear to ensure the client receives exactly the service they expect.

How did you get into your industry? What interests you about it?

This role is my entry into the industry; I have always been intrigued by data analysis and decided to apply for this apprenticeship to develop my skills in such a valuable industry.
