What’s your job in a nutshell?
I serve as the main point of contact and work closely with clients to understand their business goals, help them develop strategies to generate results and analyse performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
Tell me some of the most important things about your job role. What do you need to be good at?
Being organised, analytical and creative are extremely important. I need to understand data, communicate and interpret insights, and support the generation of ideas to improve results.
Give me two or three pieces of wisdom about your role. What is particularly important?
Listen more than you speak. Adopt a growth mindset. Build trust and reliability with clients.

How did you get into your industry? What interests you about it?
I got into digital marketing because I’ve always been fascinated by how the digital world can be utilised creatively to connect with people and drive real business results. The constantly evolving nature of the industry appealed to me – there are always new strategies to test, platforms to explore, and ways to engage audiences. Seeing the direct correlations between the work we do and the impact on site traffic, leads generated, and revenue growth is really rewarding.
